Progresa started as a personal training log — the one its author wanted while trying to keep the trend line moving on his own lifts. It grew into a focused iOS app for people who care about progressive overload and want a coach that actually remembers what they did last Tuesday.

The app is small on purpose. No social feed. No gimmicks. Log a set, watch the trend, ask the coach a question, get back to training.

Is Progresa really iOS-only?
Yes. Progresa is built as a native iOS app so quick logging feels instant in the gym. There is no web app to sign into.
Do I have to subscribe?
No. The full log — exercises, routines, progression charts, plateau flags — is free forever. Pro is optional and unlocks the AI coach and long-term analytics.
Where does my data live?
Your training log syncs to Progresa's servers so it survives phone changes and powers the coach. It is never sold and never shared with advertisers.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Every account can export a full copy of their training log at any time from Settings.
How does the AI coach work?
The coach reads your training history — the exercises, sets, reps, weights, and notes you have logged — and answers questions grounded in that data. It does not train on your workouts.
How do I cancel Pro?
Pro is billed by Apple. Cancel anytime from your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
