- Where does my data live?
- Your training log syncs to Progresa's servers so it survives phone changes and powers the coach. It is never sold and never shared with advertisers.
- Can I export my data?
- Yes. Every account can export a full copy of their training log at any time from Settings.
- How does the AI coach work?
- The coach reads your training history — the exercises, sets, reps, weights, and notes you have logged — and answers questions grounded in that data. It does not train on your workouts.
- How do I cancel Pro?
- Pro is billed by Apple. Cancel anytime from your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
